• Zero Tolerance Safety Policy: Passengers must follow all federal, state, and local safety regulations, including mandatory seatbelt laws. The Driver reserves the right to terminate any ride immediately without refund if a passenger becomes aggressive, abusive, unruly, or engages in behavior that distracts the driver or compromises the physical safety of the vehicle's occupants.

• Illegal Activity: Possession of open alcohol containers (except as specifically permitted by Minnesota state law in licensed commercial vehicles), illegal substances, or weapons of any kind inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle with respect. The booking party or primary passenger assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage or excessive mess left in the vehicle by themselves or their party.

• Standard Cleaning Fee: A minimum cleaning fee of $50.00 will be assessed for standard messes (e.g., heavy mud, spilled non-staining food/drinks, excessive trash).

• Biohazard / Severe Cleaning Fee: A minimum fee of $150.00 up to $250.00 will be charged for detailing and sanitization required due to bodily fluids (e.g., vomiting) or staining spills that take the vehicle out of service.

• Physical Damage: Damage to seats, doors, screens, windows, or third-row seating components caused by negligence or horseplay will be billed at the full cost of professional mechanical or upholstery repair.

• Unaccompanied Minors: In compliance with industry standards, passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to verify identification and cancel a ride if an unaccompanied minor attempts to board.

• Child Safety Seats: In accordance with Minnesota law, parents or guardians traveling with infants or young children must provide and properly install an appropriate child safety seat or booster seat. The Driver will not provide car seats and will decline the ride if a child does not have the legally required safety restraints.

• Capacity: For multi-row or larger capacity bookings (such as UberXL equivalent space), cargo and luggage must safely fit within the vehicle's designated trunk or cargo hold without obstructing the driver’s rear view or blocking safety exits.

• Lost Property: Northern Gnome LLC is not responsible for any personal items left behind in the vehicle. If an item is found, we will make a reasonable effort to coordinate its return, but the passenger may be subject to a nominal delivery or shipping fee to recover it.

• While we strive for absolute punctuality, Northern Gnome LLC is not liable for delays, missed flights, or missed appointments caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe Minnesota winter weather, unexpected traffic congestion, road construction, accidents, or mechanical failure.

You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of any text, monograms, names, designs, or instructions submitted for custom laser engraving. We will engrave the text exactly as submitted. We cannot offer refunds, modifications, or replacements for customer-submitted typographical errors.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order containing custom text or imagery that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be defamatory, unlawful, obscene, profane, or infringing on third-party trademarks or copyrights.

All ingredients for our hand-formulated soaps, lotions, and balms are clearly listed on the product packaging and online product descriptions. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredients for potential allergens.

Our products are designed for personal cosmetic use. We make no medical claims regarding the treatment or cure of skin conditions. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We utilize secure, third-party payment processors via GoDaddy. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed under inaccurate pricing due to system or typographical errors.

In no case shall Northern Gnome LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
