How to Apply:

1. Scoop a Small Amount: A little goes a long way. Start with a dime-sized portion.
2. Target Key Areas: Massage gently into target areas such as legs, feet, shoulders, or lower back.
   
   • Pro-Tip: Applying to the bottoms of your feet or thighs 20–30 minutes before bedtime is ideal for nighttime relaxation.
