Handmade Soaps & Lotions: Shipped within 15 business days.
Because these items are made-to-order, please allow 15 business days for production before your item ships.
We ship packages via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery only if the item is completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging due to hygiene and safety standards.
All Sales Are Final. Custom engraved items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the mistake was physically made by us or the item arrived damaged
100% Covered. If your product arrives damaged during shipping or we made a mistakes on your custom order, contact us at david@northerngnome.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
To start a return for eligible, unopened items, please email us at david@northerngnome.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
